• Personal management e.g. identify high potential staff and propose promotion etc
• As company's representative on contractual matters

Position: FPSO Superintendent Manager
Location: Kerteh, Malaysia

Duration: 12months

Criteria:-
• Supervision of all marine activities on the facility
• Supervision of the process operations on the facility
• Supervision activities related to mooring and unmooring of export tanker
• Safe workplace with zero LTI
• Compliance of statutory regulations and contractual obligations
• Development of human capability within the facility and assisting the OIM in general administration of the facility

Position: Drilling Engineer
Location: KualaLumpur, Malaysia
Commence: May2011
Duration: 3months with possible extension option
Criteria:-
• Engineering or Science Degree.
• Supervisor’s well control.
• Broad range of basic drilling industry technical courses.
• 5years in O&G drilling activities.
• Has competent understanding of drilling,completions, subsea.
• HSE management basics.
• Excellent written and verbal communications
• Good understanding of drilling cost tracking

• Willing and flexible to learn and transfer fit for purpose LEAN training and coaching to non-practitioners
• General group facilitation techniques and tools
• Understands and applies the theory and practice of Change management
• Consultancy experience
• Good interpersonal skills and can build effective networks and alliances
