1.GENERAL MANAGER – OPERATIONS

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure FPSO/FSO operations comply with relevant laws & regulations, conform to contractual requirements and being run in accordance with company policies and philosophies practices.
  • Prepare and execute the business plan in accordance with the company’s asset business plan.

Requirements:
  • Degree in an Engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 15 years experience in management of oil & gas and marine facilities. Knowledge of FPSO, FSO & LNG is preferred.
  • Good working knowledge of production, marine operations, business planning, financial management and project planning.

2.GENERAL MANAGER – QUALITY, HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT

Responsibilities:
  • Manage QHSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant statutory and legislative requirements.
  • Plan, develop and maintain industry best practices and statutory requirements (e.g. OSHAS / DOSH / NIOSH).
  • Develop, promote, maintain and review QHSE procedures as well as QHSE tools and techniques
  • Develop and ensure QHSE audits and inspection programs are in compliance with Quality and Occupational Health and Safety Management systems and statutory regulations.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Science or Engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 15 years experience in the oil & gas industry, serving for 8 years in a senior management position with wide combination of exposure in corporate and offshore QHSE.

CENTRAL SERVICES DIVISION

3.DRIVER

Requirements:
  • Possess Secondary School or SPM certification.
  • Possess a valid car driving license and clean records.
  • Familiar with various locations and roads within Klang Valley.
  • Good eye sight and health.
  • Ability to drive safely and have knowledge of defensive driving.
  • Minimum 3 years of similar experience and familiar in maintaining luxury vehicle.
  • Punctuality for all appointments.
  • Calm and steady temperament.
  • Responsible, reliable and trustworthy.

LEGAL DIVISION

4.EXECUTIVE – LEGAL

Responsibilities:
  • Perform in-depth reviews of the company’s business framework to ensure compliance with various laws and regulations.
  • Draft contract/ legal documents and liaise with the company’s external solicitors for joint ventures, strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels.
  • Contribute to effective management of legal risk and providing timely legal advice to the businesses and other functions within the company.
  • Any other adhoc projects for the Legal department.

Requirements:
  • Possess at least a Degree in Law or equivalent.
  • Meticulous and the ability to both multi-task and work independently in ever changing environment.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience, either in-house or legal practice
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to manage and prioritize conflicting demands.

RISK ASSESSMENT DIVISION

5.MANAGER – RISK ASSESSMENT

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for managing the Company’s risk assessment program by developing, implementing and consolidating all risk management activities.
  • Manage the business continuity program for interrupted provision of operations and services.
  • Conduct reviews in the relevant business lines to form a reasonable assurance that all risk-related policies, limits and guidelines are in place and specific to the Company’s risk appetite.
  • Co-ordinate annual and quarterly risk management review to the Management.

Requirements:
  • Degree/ Professional qualification in Accounting/ Finance/ Economic.
  • 10 years of extensive working experience in risk management with at least 5 years in management capacity preferably at large MNC with risk wide responsibility.
  • Able to apply risk assessment tools effectively in the areas of risk identification and processes.
  • Able to work under extreme pressure and independently.

OPERATIONS DIVISION

6.MANAGER – TECHNICAL

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team in process engineering, mechanical engineering & rotating machinery operations.
  • Perform reliability analysis on mechanical, process, electrical and instrumentation maintenance as well as yearly shutdown program and spare requirement.

Requirements:
  • Degree with minimum 10 years experience in the FPSO/ FSO/ LNG operations at supervisory position.
  • Proven management and supervisory skills.
  • Good understanding of relevant legislative requirements with respect to overall operation of FPSO/ FSO.

7.COST ENGINEER/ COST ANALYST

Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for the ongoing analysis of process constraints, target costing projects, margin analysis, and tracing cost back to underlying activities.
  • Construct and monitor those cost-effective data accumulation systems needed to provide an appropriate level f costing information to management.
  • Act as a liaison between finance department and operations department.
  • Control cost relevancy and correct imputation.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budget and revisions for Company’s departments and Overheads.
  • Ensure clause contact with Head of Departments in order to provide the best and most accurate control of cost and forecast of expenses.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of project control/ operation costing experience in oil & gas industry.
  • Degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
  • Excellent analysis skills and the ability to collaborate with multi-department team.

8.HEAD OF MAINTENANCE
9.ROTATING ENGINEER
10.MAINTENANCE ENGINEER


Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team in providing technical guidance on the reliability and maintenance of rotating equipments.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years extensive hands-on experience in marine operations and maintenance (pre-commissioning and commissioning)/ asset integrity management system with at least 5 years in the maintenance of structures and turbo machinery/ rotating equipment

11.SENIOR EXECUTIVE/ EXECUTIVE – HSE (HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT)

Responsibilities:
  • Fully responsible to produce a proactive plan in all Health, Safety and Environmental incident prevention.
  • Responsible for implementing and maintaining the HSE plan and program covering project scope of work and site working condition.
  • Review contract documents to ensure HSE requirements are complied with.
  • Review existing HSE documents and prepare additional documents and procedures as required for the conversion project.
  • Work closely with QA/QC team to establish, implement and monitor all QHSE activities

Requirements:
  • Degree/ Diploma in relevant discipline with at least 5 years of working experience in HSE roles specializing in oil & gas construction, implementation and project safety plan.
  • Obtained a Certificate of Attendance (SHO) from NIOSH.
  • Preferably a certified OSH officer (green book holder) and well versed with DOE, DOSH and OSH.
  • Excellent knowledge of ISO14001 Environmental Management System and OHSAS18001 Safety Management System.
  • Flexibility and willingness to relocate to remote onshore and offshore locations
  • Fluent in English with good writing skills.

12.ASSISTANT MARINE SUPERINTENDENT

Responsibilities:
  • Operate the facility safely and efficiently in accordance with all statutory regulations and Company policy.
  • Deliver stabilized crude oil and export gas on specification to customers as per agreed contracts.
  • Fulfill risk management requirements by ensuring that all risks are identified and that processes are
  • established and implemented to manage such risks in line with the requirements and guidelines of the Facility Safety Case.

Requirements:
  • Class II & III Deck /Marine certificate of competency foreign going with tanker endorsement at least 5 years working experience on FPSO / FSO.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.

OFFSHORE – OPERATIONS DIVISION

13.CARGO SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate, supervise and implement activities required for off take operations and supervision of floating hose pressure testing and assembly and disassembly.
  • Supervise and coordinate Marine Safety equipment.

Requirements:
  • Class II & III Deck /Marine certificate of competency foreign going with tanker endorsement at least 5 years working experience on FPSO / FSO.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT DIVISION

15.MANAGER/ SENIOR ENGINEER - PROPOSALS

Responsibilities:
  • Process bid document and prepare proposals to secure new projects.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering/Quantity Surveying.
  • Minimum 10 years (for Manager position) 8 years (for Senior Engineer position) project experience in preparing and tendering proposals in the oil & gas or marine industry.
  • Experience in FPSO, FSO projects or operations is preferred.

16.NAVAL ARCHITECT/ MARINE ENGINEER

Responsibilities:
Oversee naval architecture and marine engineering functions for proposals and project executions.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Naval Architect Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years (for Manager position) 8 years (for Senior Engineer position) project experience from
    design engineering to construction/ commissioning in the oil & gas industry.
  • Knowledge and experience in FSO conversion projects would be an advantage

17.MANAGER – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
 
BUSINESS ANALYST

Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential FPSO/ FSO projects and follow through until project is awarded
  • Develop the business plan & strategy for the company to ensure future growth & consolidation

Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering/ Business Administration or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years (for Manager position) 8 years (for Analyst position) project experience in oil & gas or marine industry.

18.MANAGER/ SENIOR ENGINEER- ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTATION

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee electrical & instrumentation engineering functions for proposals and project executions.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 10 years (for Manager position) 8 years (for Senior Engineer position) project experience from design engineering to construction / commissioning in the oil & gas/ marine industry.
  • Knowledge and experience in FPSO/ FSO conversion projects would be an advantage.
  • Experience in the design and operations of electrical, instruments, DCS, F&G and telecommunication systems.


19.MANAGER/ SENIOR ENGINEER- MECHANICAL & PIPING

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee mechanical & piping engineering functions for proposals and project executions

Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years (for Manager position) 8 years (for Senior Engineer position) project experience from design engineering to construction / commissioning in the oil & gas/ marine industry
  • Knowledge and experience in FPSO/ FSO conversion projects would be an advantage
  • Experience in ANSI, ASME, ASTM, BS, TEMA and other international codes and standards.

20.MANAGER/ SENIOR ENGINEER – PLANNING & COST
Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support on operational planning, scheduling and costing.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering/ Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years (for Manager position) 8 years (for Senior Engineer position) project experience from design engineering to construction / commissioning in the oil & gas/ marine industry.
  • Good skills in project scheduling/ planning and fundamental project management/ coordination in oil & gas or marine industry
  • Advanced skills in Primavera and Microsoft Project.

21.BARITE OPERATIONS DIVISION

MANAGER – COMMERCIALS

Responsibilities:
  • Manage procurement procedures, processes and inventories.
  • Arrange for third party inspection of the barite ore.
  • Work closely with factory/plant managers to ensure all manufactured and processed barite products are tested and in compliance to the testing procedure outlined in the API Specification 13A for Drilling-Fluid Materials.
  • Work closely with the clients and ensure the availability of barite products meets clients’ barite specifications and delivered on a timely basis.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years working experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the oil & gas industry.
  • Willing to travel locally, regionally and overseas.
  • Independent, outgoing and require minimum supervision.
